"This is my favorite place to do PT when I get a soccer injury. It’s honestly like a spa. They have a 95* salt water pool that not only feels amazing but helps when those injuries during PT exercises. Wonderful and fully trained staff who know what they are doing. Always friendly, inviting and ready to assist with any injury I’ve had."

"I had trouble with my shoulder/rotator cuff. I chose Pequa in Lake Grove because of their ratings and the location (10 minutes from home). The location is clean and organized with lots of good equipment. They are very friendly and welcoming from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Derek and Bob worked on me (mostly). Both were very knowledgeable, friendly and made the most out of my time. My shoulder began to feel better after just a few visits and continues to get better after each session. Pequa will be my go to for physical therapy from now on. THANKS."

"I highly recommend Pequa Physical Therapy. Everyone is so compassionate and helpful and the therapists Derek and Bobby are wonderful. They are so easy to talk to and very understanding. I’m incredibly uncoordinated but the therapists and aides are kind and helpful. I’ve been to other places where they get annoyed if you don’t get the correct movement the first time. Really? Who needs that? At Pequa they work with you and make you feel comfortable. Years ago, I had a hip replacement and went to a place in Commack. It was crowded and you had to literally wait 10 minutes between each exercise. It was horrible. At Pequa, you constantly are moving with the flow. You feel like you are truly accomplishing something. I also work out in the pool which is so relaxing and delightful. My bad back loves it. If you need PT, Pequa is the place to go!"

"I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this place is! My son has been going for physical therapy for his back, and he absolutely loves it there! He looks forward to his appointments, especially the time he gets to spend in the pool (yes, they have a heated pool for therapy, and it is incredible!), and he feels amazing when he is done. Every single person we have encountered there is fantastic, it seriously feels like family. His approved sessions ran out, and fortunately he was given another round by his orthopedist, and he is so happy he gets to go back! This place is one of a kind, and they have the nicest, most talented crew working there. Definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed!!!! :)"

"After a car accident left my left side “non functional” and headaches constant, was sent to Pequa PT by my trusted primary care provider. Upon arrival I was in sad shape. Now just over a year later, I’m 80% BACK. And those horror d, brain exploding headaches have stopped. Of course, exemplar staff helps. Isabella, front dest, always smiles, warm greeting, ever professional. My “most often” PT, Derek (on occasion have been treated by Dan and-or Dr. Bob - both very effective and highly supportive) has patiently brought about my return to physical activity.
