"I gave this place so many chances. My kid has changed his instructors about 6/7 times and it hasn’t been a year since we started. There is no consistency. every change of instructor, he starts over again in terms of the lessons. I barely see any progress in his swimming skills. And the classes are NOT CHEAP. Little Kids needs consistency in there lessons. Update: I gave this place one more chance and finally found a good consistent instructor for my kid. It took a while but so far so good again. Changed my rating from 1 to 3"
"A land of make believe honestly Where instructors quit or don’t show up routinely. Huge turn around in instructors , who will you get this week? it’s a mystery! Instructors disinterested in class and their clients Class is scheduled, verified by email and they have no record of your lesson on file and send you home. Paying an premium for individual swim lessons for a child with a less than premium experience Would strongly not recommend, don’t forget to not like and not subscribe"
"Sean has been so incredible with my son. Not only have his swim skills improved nicely since starting lessons, but Sean has been so patient, gentle, and reliable as his instructor. My son looks so forward to his lessons and I highly recommend!"
"They cancel CONSTANTLY and don’t give you your money back, you have to call and schedule makeups which are often not available. Sean was wonderful with my son. However my daughter never had the same instructor because they were constantly canceling - for months. Every week it was like she was starting from scratch. During one of her half hour lessons the instructor actually left to use thee bathroom for 10 minutes. It’s also very difficult to get ahold of them, they send you to an answering service that can’t actually answer any questions or resolve anything. I’m so disappointed in our experience."
"My son Daniyal has been swimming here for 2 years now. The whole team is amazing. Scheduling is smooth, make ups are hassle free and readily available. Our instructor Emily has been super nice, she makes sure my son is actually following the level upgrades, not just swimming randomly. Over all experience 10/10!!"
