Husband was told $400 and charged in full for initial visit and was told an appointment would be made for a later date for rest of job. We were also knowledgeable about an additional fee for the cost of the new thermostat to combine our ac and hearing units. During the second visit we were given an extremely high estimate 3x the cost of a previous estimate given. (This company seemed more reliable). Reached out to Craig for a refund from previous initial visit. We were told he would re visit the job and give us an additional consultation of options, would rather keep us as customers and if we couldn’t agree on a price, he would refund us for the overage in pay. Well…..after a phone call and text on our end trying to gain contact we are still waiting on that phone call or text message back. Very disappointing."
