"Tri-Town was excellent from start of service to finish. They gave a comprehensive assessment at a great price, and fit us in very quickly. Job was done in one day, they cleaned up everything and used a magnet on our yard so we need not worry about any loose nails with our dogs outside. An exhaust for a gas stove was rotted out, so Nick hand-fit one and it looks amazing. Couldn't recommend Tri-Town enough, and we will be using their services again in the future."

"I was due for a new roof (after a couple repairs) and the winds in February proved that as I had a number of shingles blow off. I shopped around and received 4 quotes. After doing my homework I decided upon Tri Town. They had good reviews, I knew a person who used them who raves about them, their warranty is great and they came off very professional. After signing the contract I had to wait 2-3 months as they were backlogged with roofs (if it was more urgent they would have slotted me earlier - probably the only thing that wasn’t positive, but it wasn’t an issue). The communication throughout the process was great as I could always get a hold of someone with questions / status update as well as leading up to the install date. It took 3 days of a crew of 7. They didn’t rush it, were very professional, incredibly nice, and most important, they did a great job. They did a fantastic job cleaning up as well. It’s been a few months and I couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend them."

"Great service and the roof looks great! They were able to accommodate scheduling changes around other projects at the house. They were also true to their estimate. They called me frequently during the project to explain a few minor changes and issues encountered and the next day you would not have known they were ever on my property, except the nice new roof. "I needed someone to work on my roof, and at the time, Tri-Town was the only one who came out and did a free estimate - complete with pictures, which I needed to satisfy my insurance company. I did some research into the various roofing companies around town, and decided to go with Tri-town not only because of the estimate, but also because I knew of two other instances where they did a roof (and the customers were satisfied). The crew was fast (three days for tear-down and replace), but also thorough (they did a good job on cleanup of both my yard AND my neighbor's yard) . I had two issues after they were done; when I contacted them, Tri-town was quick to respond to my concerns, and they took care of both issues with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Highly recommend this roofer. Great workmanship and quality end product. They explained everything from start to finish. They even took pictures so we could clearly see the state of the roof, what needed to be done, and the finished product! The crew was polite, friendly, and impeccable cleaning up nightly. What really sold us initially was their honesty and the people they work with. We thought we might need additional insulation in the attic. They sent out an expert in this area who told us we were in great shape. Their customer service is second to none and they came out same day to fix shingles we lost in two wind storms. They are a 5 star company in our book."
