"Again I don't recommend doing your taxes there. They've had my taxes for a week now and still haven't started as of yesterday. Unorganized can't find files and I had to wait at least 10 minutes for them to find my stuff. The worst part is their phones you call and can't get through they say that they are having phone issues so I had to go in person to get a copy of one of my W2's that I needed for something. Very poor customer service and if my taxes aren't done by this Friday 2/22 I'm taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this tax office and their lack of professionalism"
"My boyfriend called for some info and after asking 2 simple questions the lady on the phone hung up on him mid sentence. Completely rude and uncalled for. You're there to help the clients and answer their questions, if you cant do so than that isn't the place for you."
