"After using the Best Tile website to look at floor and bathroom shower tiles, I thought I knew how to redesign our main bathroom and headed to the store to get an idea on pricing and quantities. There I met Brynne Boyea who took me to the tiles I was interested in and then set up displays so I could get a better idea of the product look and then showed me different tiles , sizes and materials that would be needed to complete our update. Over the next few weeks, my husband and I worked with Brynne changing up the design to come up with the final plan to turn our tub into a shower stall and replace the current flooring. She was so helpful! She was informative and great at giving us good advice. Estimates for stone countertops have taken a month, though. This appears to me more a a management issue.
