Hemophilia research funding in New York

The Mary M Gooley Hemophilia Center, located at 1415 Portland Avenue in Rochester, New York, is a leading institution in providing care for individuals with bleeding disorders. Recently, the National Bleeding Disorders Foundation appointed Phil Gattone as the new Chief Executive Officer. Patients who received care from the Center in 2023 are encouraged to participate in the fourth National HTC Patient Satisfaction Survey. Scholarships for 2024 are available for patients and family members in the bleeding disorders community. Mary Gooley was honored as one of New York's "Women of Distinction" in 2017. The Center offers educational resources and support for individuals living with bleeding disorders, including information on joint bleeds and von Willebrand Disease.
