"I was going there for years geting nerve blocks they don't help at all any more but they want to keep doing them and they won't give you an apt with the Dr that does them just give you follow ups with a PA that don't listen to you at all think most of the PA are there can't get a job any place else so I have stoped going there"

"If I could give less then one I would! I messaged their portal twice to inquire about an up coming appointment as I'm in need of an injection due to pain. They reached out to me after one week and second request to let me know that they needed to see me first (which is a joke! They want you to come to a waste of time appointment) before they would go forward with the injection. Regardless of my PAIN or that it's a repeat from 3 months ago. I drove 2 hours on 81 North and arrived at 11:35 for an 11:30 appointment. Stood in front of the intake screen for 5 minutes to go through a ridiculous mental health screening and then I was told I was too late and Joy (not a dr, by the way) couldn't see me because she has an appointment for herself and nnoone else was available because they were ALL going to lunch! Yup, lunch was more important! This isn't my first run in with this circus as I've had a nurse laugh at me because my pain level (which was 4) was funny to her! I'm a pet owner and wouldn't Subject my pet to their inhumane treatment let alone a friend or family member!! Find someplace else!!"

"My husband planned his whole day around his appt only to get there and be told he called and canceled his appt because he would be out of town! They clearly screwed his appt up with somebody else but then they didn't even try to fit him into that morning's schedule, just told home they had no openings and tried to reschedule him for next month. Horrible place!"

"Claims they take self referrals but they actually don’t since you still need a doctor to send over info which is what a referral is….would be a non issue if it was possible to get an appointment with a doctor in a timely manner in this area but even an emergency room follow up appointment is months out. The receptionist couldn’t have been ruder if she tried. They clearly don’t care about people in pain here as I’m seeing from previous reviews."

"They constantly have my disabled gf come in for 5 min visits just to tell her they'll keep ordering the same treatment that DOESNT work and could have done over the phone. They don't try and seek new pain management methods. She was told that the doctor would "pray for her". Dr. Nicole Quilty should have her license revoked."
