"First they took out the coin machines. Been a customer here since this branch opened. The place is going to hell in a hand basket. Now an appt is necessary to see a bank Rep. They took out the coin machine. The drive up window has been down at least a month and they’re not sure when it will be up. Not enough tellers during busy times. I’m gonna go check out Bethpage FCU down the road."

"ATM are always down! Almost every time I go there the ATMs are not working UPDATE:: EVEN AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW AND A RESPONSE…. GO TO BANK ATM’s OUT OF SERVICE… GETS BETTER I TELL THE TELLER, HER RESPONSE WE DON’T SERVICE THEM ANYMORE… GO TO BFCU. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM THEIR."
"I’ve been a member here for a few years and I’ve never had a problem. Anytime something was wrong, the employees were nice enough to help fix it and did it right. There was a teller a while ago with earring gages and he was super friendly, congratulated me on my first car, etc. love TFCU."
