"I would have changed all of my Rx to this pharmacy but the customer service I received was not what I expected. I have been trying to fill a RX that's been on back order for a few months at my current pharmacy and when finally I find a pharmacy that has it, they are not in my network. This goes before even getting to this point of filling an RX when I originally called, the person who picked up was rude when I asked if a RX was available a few weeks back. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt since my Dr sent them the RX, I reached out to my insurance whom provided me on what the pharmacy needs to do, while explaining to her, the person on the phone huffed/ puffed at me to my thought not wanting to even try and basically told me that they have registered to all of the networks and since I work out of state, I should go to a pharmacy in that state. Such a shame because I was looking forward to changing pharmacy's but with this type of service, I would pay the $2000 at a different location and wait to get reimbursed."

"The lady administering my Covid vaccine was incredibly rude. I had signed up to get the Pfizer vaccine and they only had Moderna there. When I said that I would prefer to go elsewhere to get the one that I signed up for she called me out in front of all the other customers for “not understanding that it doesn’t matter”. Personally, for me, it mattered, and I felt as though she was trying to shame me for what I was deciding to do with my own body. Ultimately, I had a much better vaccination experience, elsewhere, and this lady should be reminded that being friendly can truly go a long way in an already intense environment and experience for patients/customers. Would not recommend."

"From vaccines to sunscreans, or a kitkat and some chit chat - this place is everything I need! In fact, they even have the medterra (sp?) brand skin cream which actually seems to work. The pharmacist is very relatable and caring, and answers all my questions."

"The woman behind the counter was unbelievably rude and disrespectful to customers. Didn’t explain anything regarding the test, and yelled at customers as they were waiting and asking for a time frame. Add in being well over 20 minutes late and it made for an awful experience"
