"Yesterday 07/11/2023 I took my son for an evaluation with the speech therapist Yancy Vasquez, he was not professional, he did not evaluate the child correctly since I have often taken him to evaluate him and observed how the other therapist and I did not see the same professionalism from her, she made an ugly comment "she is already 3 years old and she still does not speak or say many words" it is clear that if I have it with help and I am looking for a way for progress it is for that reason. He also made comments about the toys I give him. It made me feel bad because he said it in a very bad way. I will call and have someone else evaluate it. I called this place to make the same complaint. The person who assisted me became defensive, defending the person who did his job poorly. They are there to accept complaints, not to defend themselves omg horrible"

"I’m having the same issue as the person who reviewed before me. My daughter is supposed to receive services, had my meeting a month ago. I’ve been calling the coordinator 2x a week and get the same response about them being understaffed and they will get back to me. They don’t, I’m so fed up with calling and getting no help. It’s ran by incompetent people who shouldn’t be dealing with children with special needs. Pick another agency."

"This is the first time I’m writing a public review anywhere. I write this in defense of all families with a special needs child. Don’t bring your child here. They will claim to help you and provide you with a number of hours then not provide anything near those hours and then keep telling you that they don’t have staffing and never get back to you. That’s who we have servicing our children. All this fancy language in a website and in the end no consistency."
