"Very concerned parent because of this mess of a doctors office. Had a plan in place for my newborn son with his pediatrician and after a simple weight check and gaining half of a pound an unknown doctor walks in doesn’t introduce herself and checks my sons body and blood pressure. Proceeded to report to CPS failure to thrive even though he gained weight and her recommendations were proven irresponsible by other medical staff. Extremely disappointed in the lack of organization amongst the staff as well. He has since been switched to a reliable and caring physician where this is not constant attitude from office staff and medical personnel."

"Only gotten worse, stopped using them 3yrs ago cause the doctor would leave and come back in and forget who I was in that short time. Decided to try again now that he's gone and nothing has changed. Appointment reminders have the wrong times according to the desk, scripts aren't being processed to the pharmacy, place is a joke!"

"Honestly , it was enough when I had to play a run around game with them because my child has been sick continuously, and they wanna only test for coronavirus, then when I call for a follow up because I had enough and took my child to er , I got hung up on once recalled talked and Connie is usually very nice but she hung up on me.. and didn't even finish the conversation. I get it early & you guys are busy but customer servic isn't just in fast food.... It's y'all too."

"Took our 13 month for her Flu vaccine. She got sick the day before so we figured she would not receive the shot but we would still take her to get looked at. Our appointment was at 9am and there were very few cars in the parking lot and nobody in the waiting room. We were told the doctor was too busy to look at her. We asked if he could come look anyway. They brought back at nurse who told us our daughter looks fine, even though she had a nasty cough and a fever, and she could still receive the flu shot. We obviously declined and as we left we saw the doctor having casual conversation. No reason he couldn’t have taken 5 minutes to look at her. That night my daughter spiked a 104.2 fever. We got her looked at by someone else who said she is obviously sick and in need of antibiotics. After 2 doses of antibiotics my daughter was already looking much better. Take your child to Family Health Network in Cortland if you want your kids to die."

"All those negative reviews are incidents of probably bad timing, just bad days. I have never had an incident of such negative rapport during any of our visits, been with this facility since my daughter was born in 2002. I think they are just as dedicated and cordial as any other facility and staffing, always friendly, professional, thorough and carry good bedside manner. We have never had a long wait for any of our visits and if it's a few minutes out, such is life like any other doctor's office, sometimes we all just have very busy, busy days! They are and always have been very good to us, personable, take good care of my daughter.....and that's what really counts. Thank you, to the staff and network of Family Health Network of CNY."
