"Booked an appointment with Rafael two days prior to the appointment for 12 PM when I got there he told me it was going to be a “wait”and that he had 3 people ahead of me. Then he said maybe one of these other guys can cut your hair. He went to ask them and then told me it’s going to be an hour wait for them too, without even giving me eye contact or the respect to apologize. I don’t understand how I couldn’t even receive a simple text message or call telling me not to come. literally wasted my time."

"I came in looking for a beard trim and Rafael was a total pro. Convinced me to fix up a prior haircut I wasn’t very happy with from a different barber and he really left me looking fresh and ready to tackle the day so affordable, great ambience. I absolutely see why this is one of the highest rated barbers in the area. I’ll absolutely be coming back."

"Brought my 3 year old here and they were amazing with him! I was able to sit down and not stand by his side because they had him so relaxed he was laughing in the chair! Amazing!! Usually I have to hold his hands or something! Great place! Will be our new spot when we are in NY!!"
