"First time at this establishment. I’m in New York visiting family and decided to try this business out based on google reviews. Wow! I am so very impressed with how well Alex took great care of me from the moment I arrived! I decided to get hybrid lashes and I am so happy that I did. The outcome is amazing! I love my new lashes. I can literally say “ I woke up like this”. They offer tons of other services as well, including facials, semi permanent eyeliner and semi permanent lip stain, even hair care and classes galore. The salon is so cute, I absolutely love the decor down to the ladies room. Alex does a wonderful job of making you feel at home and have you so relaxed. You will love the warm blanket while you nap and the delightful aromatherapy before and after service. Let Alex take care of all your lash needs, you will not be disappointed. "I had a great experience from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted then given a cup of tea and when I left I was given a lash kit. Even though I booked online Carmen went over the possible lash looks and gave me recommendations. Carmen was so gentle that I fell asleep while she was working. Then Alexa did my eyebrows. Not only do I love my lashes and brows the staff went out of their way to make me feel special. If you want to feel like a pampered queen this is the place to be."
