"I’ve been before and was really impressed. This was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. When I showed the manager they acted like I was crazy. My nails are different lengths, totally unevenly filed and the gel is bubbled up and tacky since she didn’t let it dry correctly. They also kept trying to touch me with latex gloves and nobody spoke enough English to understand that would be deadly with my allergy. Awful job, not going back. When I tried to talk to them, she grabbed at my hand with latex on after I spent 10 min telling them not to touch me with that. The tech was Joy. Avoid. I have to find somewhere to redo this, they look horrible"

"I liked them, the atmosphere was nice and my nails came out beautiful. I only don’t agree with their pricing and it’s expensive! Also I didn’t like how they kept trying to get me to spend more money so be careful."

"I have been coming to this nail salon for over 20 years. My problem is that is always someone new doing your nails and feet. Today I had a person do my feet that obviously was his first time. I am so angry. I like Coco doing my feet but cannot get her because they run some sort of assembly line. So I will take the next two weeks to find me a great shop where I can get the same person with an appointment. My nails were not well done. I loved this place when Mr Gin and his daughter were here. So angry and disappointed. This is the first time ever that I did not leave a tip. I have to find a better way to spend $81.00. Two weeks ago I was very happy with the services. The nail tech was not in today."

"Having tried many of the nail shops in Bed Stuy this is my favourite. Walk ins are welcome and I never have trouble getting a spot on a weekend. Quality holds up a long time and their nail art is excellent. Staff are nice but sometimes other customers are rude to them, take those reviews with a grain of salt."
