"So, Bob has great deals but no long lasting quality. We purchased 2 different living room sets from Bob and both of the sets had couches whose “leather” begin to peel. The salesperson assured us that the leather would not peel. We asked because the leather peeled with the first one. And as you can see in the pictures, they are peeling! Please make sure you have something in writing for the life of the couch. Please note, the peeling is a result of normal use. Simply sitting on the couches. We will not purchase from Bobs again. Especially since they told us that they can’t do anything about the couches."

"Had a great experience at Bobs’s. Our salesman Lonny was excellent, he wasn’t pushy or put any pressure on to buy. Also was very knowledgeable on his products. We actually weren’t gonna buy a sofa that day, but because he was so easy & good to deal with , we bought a sofa & recliner."

The first couch he showed us we ended up getting and we were able to customize it to our liking. Highly recommend anyone to go there! Prices were also great, and the delivery is being done within a week. Can't ask for more than that."
