"Great experience from store to delivery! Jeff was fantastic, communicating updates at every step. I purchased a Frigidaire oven and fridge. Upon delivery, the fridge was found to be damaged. The delivery men pointed it out and explained my options (refuse delivery or accept until a new one could be delivered). I chose to refuse the fridge and before they had even brought the oven into the house, Jeff called to let me know when my new fridge would be delivered. My fridge was just delivered early and looks great. Kudos to Jeff and both sets of delivery folks. I'm very impressed by the high level of customer service and would definitely consider purchasing from this P.C. Richard & Son location again."
