"The other day I went in for a wash and blow dry appointment and not only did I receive the worst service ever, but the place was disgusting, the employees were super rude and inexperienced. She was not only aggressive with my hair but she also burned my hair and overcharged me. I do not recommend."

"DO Not come here! I went for a Rinse color and wash n set. The woman with blond hair was told my color Burgundy Brown to use in my hair. Instead , they didn't have that color and put a completely different rinse color in my hair!! My hair came out Black and when I asked to see the bottle they used, it was not the color I asked for. I contacted the owner, she reviewed my msgs and said nothing. They in turned charged me $60.00! Do not go here, they are rude, speak about you in Spanish and the owner does not keep anyone accountable."

"I’ve come to this salon 4 times this year and every time I come they charge me a different price. It’s ridiculous cause I base my payment by averaging it out, however, today, they went overboard!!! $60 for a wash and blow when I paid $45 in June, 2022 and my hair was a lot shorter this time. They don’t list any prices either, which is why I think they charge whatever they want. They won’t see my face again!!!!"

"The owner, which is supposed to be the one setting the example, is very rude and has no manners. She’s the one at the front desk. Did not greet or anything. The older lady who washed my hair was nicer (the 1 star is for her). The owner ended up doing my hair and she would literally put her hand on my shoulder and push me down if I moved (like if I was a little kid). I was shocked. This was very unethical and unprofessional. She treats people like they are getting their hair done for free. My hair smelled like it had been burned. This lady definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. Would not recommend this place whatsoever!"
