"We arrived at 1 AM and the front desk person was very friendly. He checked us in and got us our room quickly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot."
"Brooooo. I am Low maintenance and a nice person. Born and raised, loyal to buffalo and its surrounding burbs. Came home for my sisters wedding (i live In vegas now) so my bf and I did a bundle with rental car through Expedia. This place is awful. You can’t even get the bare minimum here. Our room was not cleaned once in the 6 days we were here. And when we asked the maid for towels and a cleaning, it was like we asked for fur and escargot. We got some sheets and remade our own bed. We also had a roach. Shocker. Don’t stay here. If you are on a budget, you should still seek elsewhere. This place is garbage. I’d demand my money back but obviously the 3rd party thing with Expedia eliminates that possibility."
"I’m all for cheap hotels and don’t need fancy amenities but this smelled like cigarettes, floors were slimy and gross. Cigarette stains on tub and ceilings. They had two bars of soap but did not have any shampoo or any thing else. I did get a hair dryer from the front desk and they moved us to a new room but it wasn’t better and it was too late to go anywhere else. Elevator did not work and we walked all around the building and up and down stairs to find our room. Dead bug in bathroom."
