"We often stop by here to pick up drinks or food, but today when we stopped by to pick up an order from the Tim Hortons app, the employee said they were out of bacon and steak, so we tried to get a refund, but the lady that seemed like store manager said that we couldn’t get a refund in their store, and that we would have to get a refund via the Tim Hortons app. So then we followed the apps instructions and got an email saying that we would have had to request a refund directly at the store where the order was placed,The In-Store staff has the authorization to provide a refund,Because the stores are individually owned and issuing a refund for an in-store transaction is ultimately up to the store manager or owner’s direction. We ordered a chipotle steak wrap and a steak cheddar panini but they were out of steak, and we were supposed to get a refund on these orders but no one at the store wanted to refund us. This was a very annoying and overall bad experience from this local Tim Hortons store you can be sure that I wont be coming back anymore. If anybody orders from the Tim Hortons app to pick up from the store you have to be really careful so you don’t end up in the same situation as me. if I could give zero stars I would have!!!"
"When heading north to visit family, I always stop here. Whether I use drive thru or go inside I find the service to be exemplary, food and drinks always top notch. The cafe area is always clean. Very quaint. They also have tables outside to sit at. In the summer time umbrellas are up, lots of sun and great shade. Next door there is an ATM."
"If I could give zero stars I would have. Hands down the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to as far as service as far as service goes. It was like my order went in one ear and out the other ear. It's honestly sad this generation is so lost and consumed with themselves, that their ability to understand customer service is next to none. HARD PUSH ON THE LOST TO CUSTOMER BUTTON"
"Very nice Tim Horton's with many booths and tables, a TV, and cozy (artificial) fireplace corner. Nicely decorated for the holiday season. Staff were quite busy with a long drive through line, but managed to process us officially. I got a small hot chocolate, everything bagel with chive and onion cream cheese, and a sour cream donut. All very good and up to best Tim Horton's standard. Bathrooms also very clean and smelled like cake batter."
