Smithtown Wash & Fold

"I would give 0 stars if I could. My washer broke so I took all my laundry there to wash and dry. Took me about 2.5, 3 hours to wash and dry it all. It's so hot in there bc of no AC and it's dirty. The prices on the units are from another planet. I ended up spending 30 dollars to wash and dry. The dryers are the worst part. 25 cents for 6 mins does nothing so I spend alot on just the dryers. You can't put alot in the dryer or it won't dry so if you have a medium amount of stuff in one wash load you need to split it into 3 dryers to dry them. Long story short don't go here. Such a waste of timr and money."

"My dryer broke and I went there to use theirs. I was told I couldn't because I didn't wash my clothes there. I said I would pay extra & still wasn't allowed. She didn't care when I asked what was I supposed to do? Was told not her problem. Absolutely horrible!"

"rude female owner. six minutes for a quarter dryers don’t work right when mentioned it she freaked out after my clothes been in for 43 minutes they were soaking wet barely had anything in the dryer she’s telling me no can’t be so disrespectful wouldn’t even give me a chance to talk."

"AVOID PLACE AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! Dryers will take quarters and not give you the time, happened several times to me. I told the lady about it she watched me put another quarter in and it worked again but I'm out several quarters because she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away like my money didn't matter. This place is also very very dirty, trash all over the floor! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!"

"This laundry management is so poor. They don’t care about their customers. There is garbage sitting on the floor and no one is cleaning it. Today I happened to wash my hands after putting my clothes in the machine and asked the chinese eye girl if they have napkins because there were no napkins available at the sink and I had to dry my hands. She rudely responded back, “No, we don’t” and started folding her clothes again. She don’t even deserve that one start lol but google would’nt let me choose zero in order to leave my review here. Stay away from them."
