Our team of skilled and experienced volunteers is prepared to respond to a wide range of incidents, including fires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, and search and rescue operations. Welcome to the Busti Fire Department, proudly serving the Jamestown, New York community since 1939. Located at 886 Mill Road, our fire station has a rich history of dedication and service. Originally established in March 1939, we began our journey in a converted store, driven by the passion and commitment of local volunteers. To fund our early efforts, we hosted community dances and fish dinners, which enabled us to purchase our first fire truck—a 500-gallon per-minute pumper from Buffalo—in October of the same year. Over the decades, the Busti Fire Department has grown into a progressive leader in both fire and emergency medical services. Our team is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community through continuous training, state-of-the-art equipment, and a steadfast dedication to excellence.
