Chris Kowalski:

"My coverage just increased by $1400.00 in a 6 month period. We have never had any accident, nothing has changed. This is just a GREEDY & INDULGENT insurance agent. I went with a different insurance agency who actually saved my over $3500.00 on my next 6 months. When I called Dion & asked for a breakdown of my refund, he refused, saying he does not have a breakdown. The refund I received for my unused insurance period does not add up. I am now going to report Dion to the NY Department of Financial Services and the Department of Insurance for violations. DO NOT get insurance from this agent. Please go to Mary Pat Overdorf for all of your insurance needs. She will not rip you off."
