"Just the best place to shop"
"Lowes Chester NY store - Have been sitting in doors and windows for a half hour now with nobody coming to help us. Was told Jeff was scheduled and would be by to help us. Jeff walked by with another employee and was told by the employer that we were waiting and he kept going exclaiming he was already working with someone and I would have to wait. He was asked if he would be able to help us and he said I don't know. The other employee just shook his head apologized. We are the only people in doors and windows with no help being provided or even an expectation of when someone could help so we are leaving and will ensure we do go to Home Depot or some other retailer for future needs. Extremely POOR customer service, shame on Lowes and the store manager for putting up with this level of service."
