Called to check schedules and got voicemail that said "leave a number and message and we will call you back". 2 1/2 hours later I went in and got a shrug and "we don't have a notary on, Key Bank might still be open". I mentioned leaving a message and he just shrugged again. Lesson learned - I'll stick with the UPS Store on E. Robinson in Amherst."

"If I could I will put zero. This service is absolutely ridiculous and unreasonable. I sent a package to Canada, I paid everything than I find out that there are some additional charges. I’ve tried to call to several times but basically you are talking to answering machine. Cause there’s no option to talk to someone. So I had no other choice to paid that stupid fee without even knowing for what. Now this service changed delivery day and time. It’s ridiculous. Please save your time and your health, don’t go there."
