"Hi, I just want to complaint about the Spanish ladies that works in here but of course she just started to work a few months ago, please tell her not to remove clothes that are inside the washer machines cause if something get lost or stolen just to give the priority to another customer, you the owner is going to be responsible for that issue. Thank you and I love coming to A&R to wash my clothes, I'm a customer since they open this business back in the early 2000's."

"Been doing laundry here for a long time. But the service lately has been awful. The man who works the night shift is rude. My laundry got stuck on 2 minutes for an hour! I asked him to get my laundry out and he said to wait. In the past they always had a key to reset the washer. And I told him that and he said he can’t do anything."
"Not a bad laundry mat. Pretty big place and it has alot of machines and dryers. They have huge machines for use. Biggest i have ever seen in my area. You have to pay with a card from their place. The place has parking in the front and back. The machines and dryers worked well. Only complaint is it was really messy. Forgotten clothes, used dryer sheets and dirt all over the floor. No bathroom for patron use so not good to bring kids."
"Came back the other night and it’s worse. Attached pics. The machines are disgusting and the workers are lazy. Been here many times in the past do not come here.. there machines are dirty.. i took photos today of two machines. I will never come back. All mold."
