"It was my first time in there last night and my first encounter with the With the lovely Eastlyn from Trinidad was amazing. I walked in confused, not knowing how the pay services is set up and I asked her if she worked there she said yes with a bright smile I explained her as my first time so how do I pay? She pointed me in the direction and told me it was very easy and if I needed any help that she would be glad to come over and help me and show me how to use it, she welcomed me to the laundromat customer service I’ve never I’m born and raised in New York City and I’ve never experienced that kind of service in a laundromat from a laundromat employee. This lady was proud and happy to meet me as she was running around doing her job even while she was sleeping, and I moved out of her way so she can sweep. She thanked me , she acknowledged customers she even acknowledged other employees. She was very helpful. She knew her job. It was very clean up-to-date. The dryers really dried my clothes and like 20 minute cycle like the quality and service is definitely worth it with the washers and dryers even the inside of the washers where you put your detergent and powder was clean clean it wasn’t filled with grime and cook. The top of the washers was clean and shiny , the music was on point everybody coming in and out of there as far as customers were happy they were dancing at one moment I found myself dancing with another customer to usher. There was families. The parking lot was convenient. Everybody was respectful. Everybody was nice. it’s located near corner store so if you want to grab your snacks, you could just walk right across the street and still see your load washing and get you a sandwich and a ice cup , I love this laundromat. I would either do drop off or go in and just have a wash day and work on the laptop thank you Eastland for the great customer service and thank you to the owners for the great experience of quality of washers, dryers and product and services. I love it ."

"I am a woman who has always been very independent in my life. Due to increasing medical issues I had to succumb to getting help with chores. I never ever wanted anyone to wash my clothes because I just couldn't find anyone who does it like me. Until now. This laundry mat especially Ms BeBe. She is extremely helpful to me and accommodating. Her infectious smile and gentle demeanor is like a breath of fresh air. Please don't lose her. Good people like her are hard to find. This review is for the excellent drop off service at that location."

"Great place no problems or worries Staff always helpful and it’s open 24/7 They’re a little parking lot but if you don’t get a spot don’t worry it’s street parking and they offer drop off service. Last but not least The music the music if you are like me and like to enjoy music this is where is at. Other than that it’s peaceful over this side let’s keep it that way"
