"Had high hopes for this place as many ladies have recommended it on the BOLI Facebook page but I was extremely disappointed. first time visitor testing out nail styles for my upcoming wedding. Nails looked great when I left but by the evening I already had one chipped nail. I contacted the salon the next day and sent them pics on Instagram. They told me I could come in on Saturday 12/23 at 12:30 pm to have it fixed. I don’t live in the area but was willing to go back. They called me at 12:10pm asking me if I could come in later in the day which I was unable to do. A week after I had multiple nails chipped. I paid over $80 plus tip for nails that didn’t even last a day let alone the holiday. Definitely don’t trust them to do my nails for the wedding."

"I love how Reina does my nails. She is the best! I’m usually afraid of how the other people file TO MUCH my nails (because they’re always in a rush) but Reina does a good job taking care of my nails."

"Firstly The salon is beautiful. I was greeted by smiles and very quickly checked in on the little computer. My nail technician was Ryan he was super nice friendly FAST and nails looked beautiful. He also took me 20 minutes late for my appointment and 30 minutes before they closed. Would recommend the salon to everyone !"

"I’m a regular here. I love coming here to get my nails done. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today. For the first time ever since coming here, my fingers are in pain. Anna made me bleed not once but three times. She also went too fast painting my nails. Didn’t even take her time. Why? What’s the rush? Slow down when doing someone’s nails. Also, having an attitude when my friend spoke up for me was unacceptable. You’re doing someone’s nails, fix it when they’re upset. I’m very upset about my experience today. I called the store and the lady at the front said “we don’t do refunds” which I think is absolutely ridiculous.. considering the fact that my fingers are in pain. All 10 of them. Best hope that I don’t get an infection. P.S: Total was $105."

"Salon is very beautiful, clean and has a great vibe and I love the fact that a cat lives there! The staff is very friendly, and my nails came out amazing! I actually saw the sign about the cat when I went to breakfast this morning which is what initially made me want to try this place and I was not disappointed! This will be my new go to spot for nails. I definitely recommend if you live in the area and are looking for a new nail spot!"
