"Do not use this so called Dr. They don't explain when payment is due after the initial trial period. It took five weeks for a repair the first problem I had with a hearing aid, after they said it would be handled a.s.a.p. the second time I had an issue with another aid, took over seven weeks after calling several times the secretary said they would contact me when they arrived. They never did. This is a very unprofessional organization,and I would suggest you look elsewhere for your hearing problems...."
