"Massage was good, however they booked me for a 60 min instead of 30 as I asked for. I suddenly realized that I was there for a long time and then the masseuse said my 60 min massage was over. I said something to the receptionist who could care less and at that point I was stuck paying for the 60 min service. Make sure you confirm with them how long of a service !"

"This is in response to Charlene V review. I am the owner of the art of Massage and have been in business in WHB for 15 years. We pride ourselves on giving the best massage experience possible. With that said I only hire the Best. Thank you for graciously giving Angela 5+ stars! Yes she is an amazing massage therapist. Now, back to your husbands appointment. Your husband has been coming to my office for many years and I the owner, have worked on him many times. Our policy is explained in detail upon making the appointment. A credit card is ALWAYS taken at the time of scheduling to insure the client shows up. 24 hour notice to cancel is enforced . Your husband on the last 2 scheduled appointments (years ago) did not show up or call. I spoke to him myself and I did not charge him for those 2 times. He was then put on a list of people that have been known to not show up for scheduled appointment. This last time he was a no show he was charged. My therapist have to be paid for their time. My front desk Linda called you Charlene and notified you that your husband did not show up for his massage again. You apologized and you said to Linda he forgot. You and your husband are well aware of the policy. You are perturbed at the fact that you were finally charged. Moral of the story? Don't make appointments you can't keep."
