"About 3-4 weeks ago, I had the unfortunate experience of walking down the stairs to a partially flooded basement. Anyone who’s had water in their basement knows that there is typically a moment (or longer) of panic. Throw your hands up…what do I do?! Typing in “basement water cleanup” into a search engine, and we picked the closest one. We definitely picked the right one! It was later in the evening, and Water Cleanup Experts was at our house within an hour! Alex P. and his small crew were professional, meticulous, provided guidance and insight, and amazingly efficient! In a dismal situation, Water Cleanup Experts helped to ease the “pain”. Thank you Alex P. and your coworkers for mitigating the damage in our basement and providing the expertise and diligent work to dry and clean our basement to a level that seemed unachievable at the onset of the situation! My delay in posting this review is by no means a reflection on Water Cleanup Experts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has the unfortunate need for their services."

"In the course of replacing my hot water tank black mold was discovered in the drywall behind and adjoining the kitchen. The easiest way to do any repair/remediation was to pull the dishwasher out. Long story short I went looking for mold removal companies, came across Water Cleanup Experts. They have an A+ rating with the BBB. I gave them a call, and Aleska returned my call. After speaking with him, he came out, investigated, and gave me an estimate. He and his crew came out between Christmas and New Year's & got the job done. The crew worked quickly and quietly. I received a phone call in the morning before they came and was told when they were finished for the day. A simple courtesy that goes far. I will not hesitate to have them out again. 5 stars."
