"Last straw with the front desk today including manager, believe her name was Annemarie. I truly hope the providers see this as my whole family brings their children here and we are all done. We LOVE the doctors! It's an absolute shame that the front desk has slowly gotten worse and worse. As someone who works in Healthcare it makes me sad when I see such a lack of compassion in people who choose to work in this profession. I'd say one our of every 3 staff members are amazing at the front desk. The others are absolutely in the wrong profession. I'm so sad to have to go elsewhere but I can't stomach dealing with attitudes and people acting like they do me a favor by answering a call or making an appointment any longer."

"Doctors are great and wait time is good. Everything else is terrible. Making an appointment is terrible, getting someone on the phone that won’t automatically put you on hold as soon as someone finally answers is a joke. Getting billed for well shot visits, and incapable receptionists. I dropped off daycare forms to be signed on a Friday afternoon I called that following Wednesday and they said they would put a note for the doctor to do it. Thursday it was still not finished. After going back and forth between receptionists after being put on hold then forwarded to their voicemail box I finally got someone to tell me the doctor they assigned it to on Friday has been out on emergency leave. Not sure why this wasn’t checked into when I called Wednesday. So it was sitting in a doctors folder who was not there for a week until someone could sign it quick. A form that takes 5 minutes. Not only was that a major inconvenience, I went down to switch practices and signed a medical release form that no one could figure out how to forward to my email. That being said I’ve been waiting a week now for them to send basic chart info to my new pediatrician so I can make an appointment for my son at the new practice. The doctors are once again great, but the staff is terrible."

"Visits are always prompt, the staff is always so kind and Dr. Halouega is truly the BEST. My daughter used to hate going to the doctor. However, upon developing a rapport with Dr. H she actually gets excited to go - sick or not sick. Always happy with Peds First =)"

"I switched to this practice 6 years ago and never looked back. Dr. Jason Halegoua is so attentive and caring. He listens and addresses all your questions and concerns. And not to mention he is great with my kids as well. Even when we see other doctors and PA’s I always leave feeling like we got the absolute best care. Highly recommend Peds First Pediatrics."
