The South Shore Estuary Reserve is not only an environmental treasure but also a cornerstone of Long Island’s tourism, recreation, and seafood industries. Our mission is guided by the Comprehensive Management Plan (CMP), which outlines strategic actions to protect and restore the estuary’s natural, recreational, economic, and educational resources. Her unique cultural experiences, including her teenage years spent in the Dominican Republic, enrich her understanding and empathy for her patients. Dr. Nadal completed her college education at The College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY, in 1994, and her pediatric residency at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY, in 2001. She became board certified in 2002, affirming her commitment to providing the highest standard of pediatric care.
