Environmental Humanities
Environmental Humanities at Stony Brook University in New York, United States, offers a unique interdisciplinary major that explores human understanding and interpretation of nature. Students in this program study a range of disciplines including writing, literature, philosophy, history, anthropology, archaeology, and art and architectural history. The major prepares students for careers in nature education, museum work, community organizing, advocacy, business, writing, and the arts. Students may also pursue advanced degrees in various fields.
