"Very unprofessional when it comes to timing! I had 12:30pm appt in Fishkill location and I was called inside at 1:00pm and I had to wait another 30 min for the dr. to show up. Only one dr running the show. It took one hour to see the dr. Ridiculous. Respect people’s time. And on top of that receptionist also gives an attitude when you ask how long I have to wait to be called."
"Worst office ever. 4 receptionists sitting around trash talking other doctors and pharmacies. Had a 9:45 appt, asked at 10:15 how much longer and they said at least a half an hour. How are you an hour behind by the 3rd appt. ? The only response I get is , “we are a small practice and have some very complicated cases” really?? That’s your answer? With 1 doctor how do you screw up this bad? I know, incompetent office staff that’s how."
"Need my sons medical records and cannot for the life of me get in contact with anyone. Have left three voicemails and nobody answers the phone, have called at multiple times on different days. So unprofessional, wish we never went here"
"Dr Casteneda was lovely. He was thorough, friendly & even funny at times. He spoke directly to my daughter, asked her appropriate questions and looked to me for more information when needed. He took his time with us and made sure to check if we had any questions several times during the visit. The receptionist was very kind and so was the interviewing nurse. We are very pleased with our visit today and feel we are finally where we need to be."
