"it was a while ago that i went but the experience was not good. one of the back staff made me feel very uncomfortable, asked me “why’d you come here instead of just going to your primary??” , with an annoyed tone. i didn’t feel like i should have to explain that i couldn’t miss work so i had to come after work hours (isn’t that why urgent cares have later hours, in case people can’t access care during the business day?). it just put me off and i’ve had multiple friends/family members who have had similar experiences at this location, with staff acting annoyed to be there and not wanting to provide care."

"Dirty thermometer probe covers in the sink. (YUCK) Waited in room for over a hour n a half. When the PA came she didn’t even give me an exam. Extremely rude… Going to my primary care physician for another appointment in about a hour. I will never step foot in this building again."

"The extreme lack of care I received today was traumatizing. I have been treated here multiple times in the past year for asthma attacks and was always given quick and appropriate care. They were my go-to urgent care! Today I went in with my worst asthma attack yet. The receptionist was concerned about my wheezing and took my oxygen level which was low enough for her to ask if I had COPD and she had me skip the wait and sent me straight to triage. The triage nurse seemed concerned about my wheezing and coughing and I was trying really hard to remain calm. I apologized and told her I was just really struggling to breathe. The PA was in and out in about a minute telling me I will need prednisone and albuterol. I was waiting for the nurse to come back in with a breathing treatment and doing my best not to panic with each breath. Instead I was given discharge papers and lied to that breathing treatments are not offered here and haven’t been since Covid. I told her I have had breathing treatments given to me here very recently, and she didn’t have anything to say to that. I asked if I could at least have a puff of an inhaler because my rescue inhaler was empty and I had already told the PA that. She said no and that I could go get it at the pharmacy. I ran out of there crying without the breath to fight for better care. I should have stood my ground but I needed to get to that rescue inhaler as soon as I could. My insurance covers asthma care in full and there is no reason for them to have not offered me treatment. They could clearly see and hear how much I was struggling and they sent me back to my car alone without a rescue inhaler. I will never return and will caution others from going here."

"The absolute worst experience my family has ever had. Last year I brought my child in after missing school for a week and having a fever the whole time and the doctor told me I shouldn't have brought my child in to be seen. Today they diagnosed a medical cannabis patient with "cannabis abuse" for disclosing that he takes cannabis for an autoimmune disease to maintain remission. Now his medical records are messed up and he will be treated as a drug seeker at any future visits. The PA even tried to blame a double ear infection and pneumonia that resulted from covid, on cannabis use. Medical cannabis use. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE. THE MEDICAL STAFF IS STRAIGHT UP TRASH AND THEY WILL PUT FAKE DX ON YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS."

"This is my go to doctors office place and everyone is amazing and fast ! They always make sure to respect people and make the environment feel welcoming and caring ! I have to get blood work here every few months as well and the nurse that usually does my blood work is always so sweet and kind And is understandable about my fear of needles ! I’ve also passed out here on accident once in the wait room after a visit and the nurses and my doctor were extremely professional and kind helping me get back to normal. I’m not sure about Urgent care here (I’ve never used it) but I can say that the Primary care here is amazing !!"
