Established through the generous support of John '63C, '66L, '93HON and Anita Brennan, St. Thomas More Church opened its doors on September 27, 2004, offering a space for worship, reflection, and community engagement. Nestled at the center of the Queens campus, the church stands between the Residence Village and the Great Lawn, with its front entrance facing St. John Hall. Inside, the church is adorned with exquisite hand-crafted mosaics and stained-glass windows from Italy, depicting scenes of Vincentian history and the founding of St. John's University. A special 9/11 shrine offers a place for reflection and remembrance for those affected by the tragic events.
