"If I could have given 10 stars I would have. MarrCon far exceeded my expectations of the job. This was a ground up build. Having done that before, I was preparing myself for a long and stressful process. With MarrCon was the complete opposite. Upon awarding the job I was given a week-by-week timeline mapping out day 1 to completion. The job was finished ON TIME (the entire build took 9 months) and there wasn't one week where MarConn wasn't doing exactly what was on the schedule for that week. I often stopped by (unannounced) and when I did there was ALWAYS a team working on something. If I had a question it never took the GC, Dan Marra, more than a few minutes to reply to me and he would always make himself available to meet on-site if I requested that. He was very knowledgeable and communicative and gave us weekly status reports which helped us greatly with understanding what was completed and what to expect for the upcoming week. MarrCon also offers a design component which is SO helpful when doing a job at this scale. We got to see renders of the entier exterior of our home as well as some of the rooms before committing to purchases. The team supplied me with a comprehensive deck showing every single item that would purchased, built or installed (lighting, bath fixtures, tile, cabinetry, paint swatches) for every single room in the house. A huge perk for someone who has a hard time visualizing what a room might look like, or deciding on which way to go with a tile choice or cabinetry style/color. I can't thank Dan and his entire team enough for their dedication, professionalism, attention to detail and creative guidance throughout the speedy process of building our beautiful home."

"When selecting a builder for the extensive renovation of our home, we had a very ambitious timeline. After screening about ten builders over the phone and meeting with four in person, only MarrCon agreed to our timetable. Initially, I was skeptical about the timely completion, but their clear plan and Dan's confidence reassured us. Ultimately, what was projected as a 9-month project took 10 months before we moved in. Considering the numerous additional details we added to both the interior and exterior, this timeline was nothing short of miraculous. When problems inevitably arose during the project, the team at MarrCon and AMP Architecture handled them professionally and fairly. For instance, one subcontractor was slow to finish a few final details. Within two days of my complaint, MarrCon brought in a separate team to complete the punch list. Whenever we raised issues requiring attention, there was never any pushback or arguments from their side. Further, all the additional exterior work was arranged and coordinated by MarrCon and executed by subcontractors who were impeccable, reliable, and reasonably priced. In the end, we were incredibly happy with our decision to work with MarrCon and, more importantly, thoroughly pleased with the outcome."
