"Went to LISH to see Dr. Sood and instead of helping and listening and understanding our son she looked at his meds and changed them to what the medical book said without regard to what it has done to him… she reduced a medication I asked her to please not touch that it’s the only medication that is helping him stay stable and it was the first one she reduced and now my sons life is turned upside down and she refuses to put it back.. Her comment to us was “ Maybe it is bothering us more then it’s bothering him” when you child is being kicked out of programs and having take downs because of medication change it’s not bothering me more then it’s hurting him. She is a horrible doctor and can only prescribe meds after she reads about them in A book. I am searching for a new doctor now she has turned all our lives upside down and has gotten people hurt from her reckless understanding of my son and his medication."

"This place is the worst ever. Dr. Farmer has got to be the worst doctor that I’ve ever Experienced in my life. They are all about the money they don’t care about any of their patients. They wanted me to do a zoom meeting to discuss the results of my brothers bloodwork. I could not do the zoom meeting because I was late from work. Can you believe that this “doctor” would not get on the phone with me to discuss the results which she says is very important after having me log into the zoom meeting. The reason they wanted to do the zoom meeting was because they wanted to charge the insurance company. That right there shows that they don’t care about patients. They are dentist charging for cleanings and wasn’t doing the cleanings. I’m so done with them. I will be reporting them to New York State Medicaid."

"I think they’re just OK. I went to see Dr. Perrier to get a filling only to get a temporary filling then to be be told I have to get a root canal. The dentistry is for the birds they should get their act together and be honest with the patient and their staff at the procedure that is going to be done is done not say something else and refer them to another specialist. It’s crazy."

"I called this facility to try to make an appt, and the staff that answer the phone was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I am in an emergency at the time, struggled to even find a provider. Coleen answered the phone and questioned me on my insurance coverage when I had already explained to her that I had done my research and gotten this dr. through my insurance. She wanted me to call the insurance again. Secondly, she refused to make the appt - without filling out paperwork first - she offered to mail them or fax them, I dont have a fax machine, and mail takes a long time. I go to doctors all the time and first I get an appt and then I fill out paperwork. This is a medical emergency and she wanted me to waste more time. Terrible staff!"
