"If I could give this rat-infested, rude customer "service," no chicken having food chain, 0 stars, I would. Criminally awful Chipotle with workers who treat you like trash and make you feel guilty for asking for more food when they give you bird crumbs. I would rather eat dirt from the side of the street than go back to this disgusting and filthy establishment. That one young Latina worker is so disrespectful and needs to be fired. Don't work at a job that requires you to communicate with customers if you have a nasty attitude and communicate disrespectfully. Run; don't walk out the door and go find literally any other Chipotle."

"they said they charge for extra cheese. never been told that at chipotle before. also the water tasted awful so they probably don't clean the soda machine, and makes you wonder what else they don't clean. employees are all rude too."

"Well... They might be open late... But they'll likely be out of several products, including the golden jewel GUACAMOLE! I imagine they wanted to clean things early, so soda machines are off, napkin holders are empty, you are not allowed to sit at the tables, only the benches. Enjoyed the food, but if you don't want us walking in at 930PM, then don't be open! We took our food home instead. A little bitter experience I might say."

"They trying to charge me for extra rice. No chipotle I've ever been to charge for extra rice. The lady was disoriented and wasn't listing to my order and i had to repeat my topping selection 3 times each. Chipotle is going down the hill. Customer service and charge leg and arm for everything."

"All I came to buy was two large containers of guac. Not sure what sort of “No Waste” policy the manager of this location enforces here but it must be serious because the employee looked me dead in the eye and scooped from a container of oxidized guacamole to fill up my two large containers instead of grabbing a fresh new pan of guac. The store was busy so I didn’t want to be difficult and comment but I regret not kindly asking the employee to switch the pan to a fresh container. As a previous fast food employee, I 100% pin this on the manager because I know the penny pinching pressure managers exude toward employees to not waste things or give customers large portions. Huge turn off and makes me think the positive reviews for this location are rigged. I’m not even a Karen like that but I am 100% reporting this incidence to corporate because I respectfully feel crazy for paying for this and walking out. Like bffr"
