"Conveniently located right on the circle in Latham, this cleaners is quick, friendly, and good. I can't ask for much more than that in my dry cleaner, but they also have a seamstress on staff for minor alterations and mending. Parking is occasionally an adventure, but people are kept moving in and out at a quick pace, so that's not really an issue. If you need a fast and reliable cleaner in the area, this is your best bet."

"Absolutely the BEST! Dropped off three flags, which were due to be done at 5pm next day. Needed one for a funeral service hours before the allotted pick-up time, and the staff in Latham and State Street, Schenectady worked their magic and actually finished all three and had them ready in record time. Excellent customer service ~ they are helpful and courteous, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much BEST Cleaners!!!"

"I've been a customer here for over 20 years and I was told I was a new customer. A suit that I brought in was damaged and I was called back by a person who was a textile expert saying that it was moths moths do not rip out buttons there are no moths as it was absolutely ridiculous buttons were damaged the shoulder was ripped they did give me a refund but I'm still out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the suit never had I had an experience there before. Amanda and the gentleman Adrian were wonderful when I dropped off and everything was checked I received a call from the team leader Hannah on her day off at least she called and I received a call from Melody who was the textile expert I am so not happy with the damage moths don't take buttons off It looks like it was caught in a machine never have I ever had an experience like it there and never will I ever go back there Make sure you check everything first and take pictures absolutely disgraceful. Find another place to go I have to now after 20 some ideas and I don't think that the owners as nice as they are will give me a call but this was inappropriate and they didn't know what to say and when I went to pick up the items they all weren't even there and I can't really blame the two that I had mentioned because they have no control. Melody said she didn't want to argue with a customer and she was a textile expert and I believe her but that doesn't mean that accidents don't happen and they should take responsibility for it It was not a moth they don't take buttons off and eat buttons unless it was mothra very very disappointed in the service from best cleaners at the Latham location by the circle but they said it all comes from the main factory now or main store so I don't know All I know is is that a suit that is well worth more is completely ruined. Waiting for a call from main office but I'm not holding my breath Best cleaners I beg to differ how about incompetent cleaners. And mind you the counter staff was very nice but you don't call up and start an argument with somebody after you damage their things. It's all on one side it looks like somebody didn't know what they were doing very disappointed they did refund my money but not for the suit we are still hundreds and hundreds short from that let's see if they call if an owner calls not a textile expert ridiculous"

"Can't thank these guys ENOUGH! I bought a used / sample wedding dress. It was dirty and worn out, but worth the price. Best Cleaners was able to clean AND make alternations to my dress in about a week (earlier than I needed it). This isn't typical, but they did their best to get me the dress back as quickly as possible. They were very reasonable with the pricing and transparent about it the entire way. Not to mention - this is my first and only dry cleaning experience haha. Really appreciate these guys!!!!!!"
