"Collector Rifle & Ammo is a mixed bag on stuff you want (and don't want) in terms of service and aid. There's an equal chance of either recieving an attitude, being outright ignored, or kindly serviced. There is very limited parking space, the shop is very cramped, and it's an organizational nightmare. On busy days you can expect to wait in a line for well over a half-hour, with everyone stacked on top of one another like sardines. This shop, unlike many other firearms dealers, has their rifles on floor racks -- all capable of being handled, inspected, and shouldered at your own discretion. Their collection is vast and varies greatly, ranging from modern sporting rifles to collectable pre and post 19th century weaponry. They have a very large collection of holsters and weapon furniture, but good luck finding what you are looking for on the "wall of despair." Their prices are moderate. They are not the highest I've seen in the area, but they are certainly not the lowest. With all the sub-par experiences I've had with CR&A in mind, there's something special about it that still brings me back time and time again. You might be treated like dirt, the staff may be testy and take their stress out on you, the store is a disorganized mess, you might have bashed your head on the same bullpup that's dangling from the ceiling a thousand times, and you might've had to park a half mile down the road, but by God, their selection alone is worth the bull**** you endure. Edit 1/01/21: Since the writing of this review, I have been in the shop numerous more times. I have been treated well everytime since. The organization is still a mess, the shop is cramped (and the lines outside are very long), but that is to be expected in this hectic time. I rescind my comments about being treated with an attitude, as all people have bad days and it's evident that the few times I was mistreated were exceptions, not the norm. As such, I have changed my star rating from a 4 to a 5."
