Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas Melville

"My wife and I was shopping for a Hot Tub and happened to see the Ocean Spray Hot Tubs store in Melville. Meredith was great and sold us our new Vanguard Hot Tub back in December 2022 and we couldn’t be happier with it. The Hot Tub arrived earlier from the factory as expected and the installers did a good job. I had to call for service a couple of times for minor issues and Meredith setup the service appointments, and the field technician came out to address them. Meredith has always answered my questions whenever I called the store particularly with water maintenance. So far, I am a happy camper with the Hot Tub, and we look forward to enjoying our new Hot Tub for many years to come. Meredith is an excellent sales rep, and she knows everything about their Hot Tubs; she sold us on the salt-system. In summary, my expectations were met so far with customer service."

"I purchased my hot tub in 2017 paying $14,000 +3000 for a concrete pad and electrical work. It was repaired three times under warranty and they had to replace the ace sell for almost $1000 before the warranty was up. Then I had to repair the Moto jet again! This was out of warranty constant leaks broken pumps costing me another $2150. Finally, they told me they had to take it back to the shop. It would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could do it and cost $600 to transport it and the repair would be $2500-$3000. I called corporate headquarters they said they couldn’t do anything. This is very disappointing since I was an advocate for Hotsprings and convinced two family members and a friend to purchase them. I will never purchase Hotsprings again and warn anybody else about doing so."
