From the start, Frank accommodated us when I was running late from work while also very pregnant. He stayed and was patient, helpful, and extremely responsive. He also made sure that I went home with samples that I would like. Once we decided on the flooring, Frank knew we were in a time crunch with our baby due any day, so he sent a crew over right away, and they were super quick, did a beautiful job, and were very professional! Everyone who sees our floors compliments them. Not only that, their name suits them as their prices are very affordable. We will always go to Affordable Floors for all of our flooring needs! Highly recommend!"

"These people are a disgrace. They installed a pre finished hardwood floor in my house and when I contacted them they said they will take a look. They told me to put blue tape where the floor was having an issue and the tape stood for 1 month before they could come. They came in September 2021 and tried to fix the floor and replaced a board and told me they will be back in December to fix since there is a “moisture “ problem. Now they are refusing to fix and no reply on multiple emails and phone calls. Would never recommend them to anyone after what I have witnessed. Pure DISGRACE."
