"Dropped off all necessary paperwork on Feb. 6th. I received no call backs or updates. Sent email to office manager on Mar. 7th, no reply. Phoned office again on March 14 and was told my return wasn't done. It was " on hold". Was told it would now be looked at and I should expect a call back soon. Next day I was told it was ready for me to sign. When I asked why it wasn't touched since Feb. 6th I was told they were very busy. This from a office that is staffed by employees with no work on their desks but plenty of time to check their phones. I signed my return on the 16th and I'm waiting for my refund. The past three years I've used HRBlock but thought I'd try your company this year. I completely regret my decision and won't use you again. I will share my experience with my family, friends and Amazon coworkers and will advise them to go elsewhere."
"Great service the person I prepare my Texas should be promoted. Her name was Ann Marie Johnson. She was very helpful, polite, professional, and fast. The location that I have went to was 1300 Forrest Ave. I will refer everyone to go to that location. He explains everything thoroughly and takes the time to review with you. He also walks you through preparing for the next tax season, so it can go even more smoothly.
