The customer service was great, the free breakfast buffet was plentiful and was constantly being restocked. The pool is open to 11pm, the latest I’ve ever seen a pool open at a hotel. Definitely will book again.”

“Favorite place to buy liquor when I come back to Oswego. Always a pleasant experience. Good variety as well which I enjoy since I'm always trying new stuff. Young lady working there is very friendly and is knowledgeable about the liquor selection. I was looking to try a new whiskey and I had a great time listening to a bunch of recommendations and information. Couldn't decide so I bought two when I was originally going to buy just one.”

“If your traveling in Oswego or the surrounding areas Best Western Plus is the place to stay! This motel honors points senior citizen discount and arp discounts. I saved 30 dollars using points. I booked a riverside room which also had a balcony which provided a riverside view. The view was across from the marina which was enjoyable watching the boats and fisher men. The balcony was nice sized and had chairs and a table set up for relaxing. Private. The king sized bed was comfortable and the pillows sheets and pillows were the best! A large sized fridge was included and the bathroom was nice sized and I loved the quality of towels which were included. Large soft towels. And plentiful.(also more towels were available in the lobby) the bathroom was a stone type tike. Modern and the shower and glass doors were amazing. I liked the fact there wasn't a tub to get in and out of the shower easily. A large vanity made it extra nice and the citrus shampoo products were wonderful. Even the coffee was good! This motel comes with a nice sized pool and hot tub. We will have to return to use both. We simply didn't have time. ( it's open until 9Pm) also breakfast is included downstairs until 9 am. We wanted to try put wades diner so we didn't have breakfast. The motel is quiet. Check in and out was fast efficient with friendly employees. Resturant is part of the complex which I gave a 5 star review. For service food cocktails and live music. I hope to make a return visit to the Best western Motel in Oswego NY. Thank you Best Western”
