"If I can give zero stars I would I asked you to pick me up in Syosset take me to a location in Syosset which is about a mile and you charge me $18. Are you kidding me and guess what because you wanted to be stingy I didn’t tip your driver. Now I get to go home in an Uber. He charges me $8.99."

"Just watched one of their cars fly down route 112 in Medford throwing garbage out of the windows. When I called to complain , the man on the phone started growling at me, didn’t know if he thought he was funny or on drugs. Very scary if these people are in charge of transporting others from place to place. They should have their licenses revoked. Not a way to do business!!!!"

"Watched driver plate 14298 - TY nearly sideswipe another driver trying to cut in and out of traffic after he cut me off, then watched him drive on the shoulder to cut another driver off to be the first at the red light. Dude is going to get someone killed."

"I have been using them to go to and from work. Fare has been between 10 and 14 each time. When I asked about the diff in price they told me they miscalculated and would correct it. Yet I get in the cab today and it's back UP to the higher fare. And it's the SANE driver that drove me the day I called and asked about the fare. He is RUDE and acts like he is doing me a favor. So to make up the extra money they decided to charge me I will no longer tip the driver. Not to mention there is 1 dispatcher who always says 20 min when its actually anywhere from 5 min to an hour wait. And when he answers the phone he doesnt even say HELLO...just picks it up and waits till YOU talk. TERRIBLE SERVICE"

"Pathetic. If there was an option for a 0 star review, I would give it. Taxi drivers are ok, but the dispatcher is HORRIBLE. The dispatcher snaps at you and is always RUDE. In the mornings, when I need to take an early train into the city, I called this dispatcher who already displayed his moodiness when asked to send a cab as soon as possible. The cab arrives 20 mins late, and then they decide to double up on the ride, and they pick up a different passenger on the way, which made things worse. Not to mention, there seems to be no policy in terms fare, and I ended up doling out 20 bucks to drive 2 miles, not to mention the delays and an extra rider. I missed my train. Don't use this service EVER"
