Located at 269 Hinman Avenue in Buffalo, New York, our team operates out of the 90,000 square foot old Medina High School, where we are also undertaking the massive restoration project known as "Mustang City". This adaptive reuse project aims to transform the former high school into a loft-style community, offering residents a maintenance-free living experience with amenities such as grocery delivery, cleaning, and laundry pickup. With over 100 windows being restored for this $9 million project, Talis Historic Restoration is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the architectural heritage of our region.

EBD will expand its operations, adding 20-30 new jobs, while IT FITZ Concrete plans to build a new office and warehouse facility.
