"Extremely Disappointed with Tailoring Services I recently had a terrible experience and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. The tailoring services provided were subpar and far from satisfactory. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic professionalism. They were dismissive of my requests and failed to communicate effectively. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply asking questions about the process. Moreover, the quality of the tailoring work was shockingly poor. Despite providing accurate measurements and clear instructions, the alterations were done haphazardly. The stitching was uneven, and the fabric was not handled with care. It was evident that the tailor lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail. To make matters worse, the promised turnaround time was completely disregarded. I was given an estimated completion date, which was already longer than expected, but the alterations were not finished until several days after that. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns and requested a redo, I was met with resistance and excuses. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Overall, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment. The lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction make it extremely difficult for me to recommend their services to anyone. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their tailoring needs."
