"The owner of this place should fix or replace some of his washing machines. He seems to have no problem taking your money but seems unwilling to properly maintain or replace faulty units. Just went through a bit of hassle of trying to get my $6.25 back because one of the machines here wasn’t supplying enough water to my clothes. Hey miss, don’t get mad at me bc your boss is a greedy cheapskate. Also, had to call my bank to report their sketchy ATM machine. Never had an ATM tell me it was “updating” my account before."

"Unfortunately, this place has gone down so much in the last two or so years. Water smells of sewage when they claim it is not recycled. Often a washer will not fill with water and you have to wait so they can open it and take your wet clothes and start another wash. Most washers do not fill with enough water to get your clothes really clean. And as for the customer service, not sure I could even call it that."

"horrible horrible customer service! my clothes didn’t spin all the way and the woman gave me such a hard time for asking her to help me fix it. she told me i forgot to hit the button when i am a frequent customer here 1-2x a week… she wouldn’t let it go and treated me extremely poorly! i don’t care if i forgot to hit a button, i deserve to be treated with respect, especially when i am very polite and was just looking for a solution, i wish i could give 0 stars , but instead i will never come back. it also smells horrible outside of the laundromat."
